I agree with the first answerer. Since you got it so recently, something that it was already eating probably affecting the rabbit's poo.
Oh and to answer "what do i do?", i would take the rabbit back to the place i got it asap, ask for an explanation, an if they really don't do much to help you, I woul get my money back and go buy a better bunny from better ppl

I'm not sure what you mean by "dried melted poo" but I two ideas on what it might be. First idea is that the rabbit stepped on a wet poo, it got squished and dried that way. The second option is that she had a bit of diarrhea but is now fine. The diarrhea option is likely since you recently got her and she's still adjusting to new food and a new home.
