I think my collie of 55 pounds ate i dark chocolate bunny. Because he was chewing on the wrapper. I'm freaking out. What should i do? Give him food or benadryl?! What can i do?!? Help please!!!

Take him to the nearest vet! First, found out if he really ate the bunny. Any kind of chocolate is posiness to dogs, so if he did, take him to the nearest vet/animal hosiptal ASAP!

Im pretty sure that whole "dont give chocolate to a dog" stuff is a myth. ive had several dogs in my life and they've all gotten a hold of chocolate at some time or another (large and small quantities) and they all lived long fulfilling lives.

If you know hes allergic then id go with Benadryl.

Was the bunny "milk chocolate" or semi-sweet? semi-sweet is more dangerous

my dogs get into chocolate sometimes just give the dog some water

Cocolate is only bad for small dogs and bad for big dogs but only bad for big dogs if they eat too much but my dog allways eats chocolate and she is four and still alive and super healthy
