That's what ferrets do .... all the time ... for the rest of their life.
Here are things ferrets LIKE to do:
-Run through tubes
-Explore
-Play
-Dig
-War dance
Here are things ferrets do NOT like to do:
-Be held
-Cuddle during playtime
-Stay in one spot
If your are asking is it normal that they are playing then yes, they love to. If you are trying to say they wont then thats ok too if you just got them. Yes they are trying to get to know their new home. Its something new for them to explore.
That is pretty much what ferrets do. They like to explore and play.
