OK i was on the bus and a cow was in a pasture with the gate open no food or water and skinny me andmy friend were thinking of feeding it but whatif it is some ones
if its on someone Else's property you cannot take it , but if it wanders out feel free to help yourself! If you really believe that the cow is being mistreated than call your local animal shelter or animal control.
