I just got 3 baby guinea pigs. And I'm just so curious as too when they'll get their full color i'm impatient!>.
Baby guinea pigs are born with thier fur. The reason being is that in their natural habitat there's many predators, so not like other animals, guinea pigs stay in the womb for about 70 days. Within minutes of birth they can walk and run.

Guinea Pigs are born with fur and they are born the color they will always be.
Red eyes are not unusual for Guinea Pigs.
