Do you think its too late?

so i have had these mice for about a year now and i only just got told that you can tame them to be able to bring them out as you can with domestic mice (ihave spinifex hopping mice That are native to australia and i thought that because they hop so fast i woundnt be able to take them out and when i did research all the websites i went on they said you couldnt) anyways so the breeder i got them off told me that you can and he has several that come out but do you think its too late? i really dont want to take a risk and tame them and think they are tame and bring them out and loose them ...

Also i breed them. They are normally sold for $ 50 each but ive been selling mine for $ 15 each but because people dont know much and think oh they are just mice they think its too dear ... Do you know of any websites that i could sell them on for FREE? thank you!!!
A general tactic for taming small animals is to locate a room in your home that you can "animal proof" so that they can't get themselves into any trouble, and can't make an escape. Creating a room allows them a degree of freedom, and gives you a lot more options in how you approach them, and what else you can do while they're out and playing. From there, you need to spend a lot of time with them so they're used to your presence. Try your best not to do anything that might scare them when you're socializing them. From that point onward, offer their favourite food or treats on your hand, and over time you'll find they become comfortable with them sitting on your hands and being patted. It's a slow process, but if you put enough time in you'll find that most animals will come around. Sometimes it may seem like you're not getting anywhere, but that's to be expected when you're trying to convince prey animals you're not going to eat them!

A good way to sell them is through gumtree online, or if your locality has a used goods web page. I've always found those to be surprisingly effective. Sometimes pet shops will have posting boards where people can advertise services or animals, and that might be your best bet if you can't find anything online that works for you.
NO, we have guinea pigs and we got them from a breeder and there sort of older and there pretty tame and geting tamer and one day they might be able to go loose for a little. we might get rid of them were hoping to although we love them there yo much work hope that helped
Check out a few rodent forums-Im on http://www.australianratforum.com

and talk to some fellow rodent fanciers!

You might be able to make a setup that you can take them out in, but they cant escape from. For example, a C & C setup as a playpen, so you can take them inside and let them out. You could nearly use cardboard as edging if you wanted to.

Only take one or two out at a time.

I have heard that these mice are friendlier and less smelly than domestic mice.

If you do a search for Gumtree in your capital city it would be a good site to advertise on, you can easily put pictures up which is good. Otherwise there are usually classifieds on rodent forums.
