Your essay needs a POINT. The first thing you need to do is write your thesis statement, and then structure the rest of the essay around that. For example, if you are doing cats versus dogs which one are you arguing is better?
really what you have to do first is choose a side or talk about both different views of ea.
like compare/contrast dog/cat 's abilities .... etc. whatever
why is it better to have a dog or cat?
ha ha personally i prefer little animals lik rabbits and hamsters/guinea pigs ...
