I have two guinea pigs. Ones a girl & the other is a boy. & My mom said icant put them together cause she doesn't want them to have babies. & I was wondering if the guinea pigs from petco are already neutored or if I have to take them to get neutored? Help please?
Pet superstores don't neuter their animals. It would cost too much for them to neuter them which would mean the cost of the actual animal would go up and potentially put buyers off. It's all about money for pet superstores, not animal welfare.
Most petco's sell female animals only and if they do sell males the only ones that come nuetered are ferrets
