No it is not dying. At around 1000 years old, unicorns undergo a metamorphosis similar to caterpillars changing into a butterfly. Your unicorn will spend a few months lying very still. Then it will slowly change into a dragon.

I think that is up to you ..... Unicorns are like fairys, the only stay alive if you believe. On the odd occasion she is dying, feed her with 30g of cake with blueberry icing. Hope this helped
