No they cannot. Hedgehogs prefer to live solitary lives and will stress with another cagemate.

Chinchillas like cool dry air and places to climb. Hedgehogs need it very warm and and do not climb well.

You cannot just randomly cram animals together and expect them to be happy or healthy! If you want pets learn how to take care of them and be prepared to give each animal it's own cage!

No. They are very different animals with very different needs. Its fine if they live in the same house but not the same cage. Never house different kinds of small animals together.
