it was small about size of a penny, it was brown and coller and had about 6 legs that i could see.
Then in the front it had 2 tinny pincers and its body almost was like a circle or a crab like shape it was hard to tell.
It's certainly not a spider if it didn't have eight legs. No eight legs, no spider.
What you're probably looking at is something similar to a tick. There are a LOT of little crustacean style critters that are not actually true insects, but instead more closely related to arachnids like spiders. Those pincers are just for grabbing on to a victim before they bite and burrow in. That will explain the description you've given, and explain what it is. It's probably not a standard tick, but some variation or certain species that looks more or less like a little crab.
PS We (as a scientific community) are FAR from having a complete catalogue of all living things on the planet. In fact, one expedition in an afternoon went into a Sydney park in Australia, and found two new species of insect and spider just that easily. You may very well have stumbled on some crazy new critter!
I find those in my bathroom all the time (except they're usually a lot smaller) and nobody seems to know what they are!!! I don ' t think its a kind of spider though I think its probably in the tick family (ew)
A spider with 6 legs bit strange lol thought they were ment to have 8?
