Even tho they are in a different room, when they hear me having sex the start stomping their feet and making a lot of noise. Are they mad that I got them neutered?

Really though, your rabbits aren't mad, they're just responding to hearing some noises they don't understand. They might even be scared, depends how loud you are.
They're frustrated and want to join in. rabbits are great in mathematics specially in multiplication.
