I have an arab on loan and the saddle dosnt fit her that well but it will do for now but it keeps slipping forward when I ride sometimes. Does any one know of any good numnahs or something to stop it from slipping?
If the saddle is slipping then it doesn't fit and it will not "do for now." An ill-fitting saddle can cause permanent damage to your horse. Not to mention the pain it is already causing, which in time may lead to bad habits like cinchiness, not standing to be mounted, bucking, balking, or running away with a rider. I would guess that your saddle maybe too wide or your horse is built severely downhill.
You do not mention what kind of saddle you have. There are many, many temporary fixes out there to stop or reduce saddle slipping caused by poor saddle fit. The cinches on western saddles can sometimes be rigged differently. English, Western, treeless and Australian models can all be fitted with cruppers and special non-slip pads.
I do not suggest a non-slip pad for the kind of slippage you describe since it can cause irritation to the skin. Imagine for a moment what it would feel like getting your arm hairs rubbed by a non-slip pad under the weight of a rider. If your saddle is only slipping side to side (not front to back) then a non-slip pad may be acceptable as a last resort to counteract extreme conformational issues.
in those types of ponies they have a space between their vertebrates, they also have no feeling in the area. what you should do is put a hole through the saddle and then insert a metal stake into the saddle, entering the pony. it is perfectly harmless.
I think there's special saddle pads with grips on them but not 100% sure try your local tack store for advice or get a saddle fitter out.
