Can They Use Small Ones Like These?
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/cat-scratching-po ... Thanks:)
they could ... but they wouldnt:)
you would be better off just putting some wood in with them, or if there outside they may dig. alternativly you could get a lead and walk them over concrete/rock flooring. or just leave the nails to grow and clip them when there to long
Cut the rabbits nails it is better cut them just like you would your dogs. I you don't know how to do that, then this is how to do so rap the rabbit in a towel to keep control of the rabbit get somebody to help you, expos the nail were you can see the quick (the pink part of the nail) cut just in front of the pink part be careful to not cut to far if you cut to far use flower to stop the bleeding.
edit:
they wont play no it your best bet is to let them run around a fenced in area. Rabbits like to be on the gound so they can run and eat the grass.
They won't actually scratch it, because they're digging animals who are happy to live underground. They won't go after an actual pole above ground like a cat. If anything, they're likely to eat it and get themselves sick from something like that. Your best bet is to provide them with a rough place to dig to help curb nail sharpness, and then cut their nails when they end up getting too long. Regards,
