what job is about animals besides a vet?

nothing like a vet ... Im not that good with blood.
Pet shop owner is one besides the fact you dont make alot of money is ok. Ecologist or Biologist seem pretty good too. Another could be animal theripist (sounds a bit trippy though.)

Zoo keeper (IDK). Animal trainer (sounds fun).
All jobs involved with physically handling animals will go alongside with bad smells and icky stuff, including blood as they may well injure themselves! That would include jobs like zoo keepers and pet store employees.

There are other jobs, like jobs within zoology, such as researchers, you'd need to be handy with science. Or if you find you're handy with engineering, there's always jobs involving designing vet equipment! Someone's got to do the designing of all those handy tools that make animals better. Or designing other animal-related equipment. Or in that vein, animal nutritionist, creating new recipes for pet food etc.
You can go into research or teaching. You can be an animal welfare officer or an animal behaviourist. Veterinary pharmacology or toxicology. I would also say vet nurse or pathologist but these will involve blood. However, you can be a histopathologist, who works with tissue samples.

Unfortunately, many of these jobs require a vet degree and hence contact with blood (during your studies) but then you won't work with it on a daily basis.

Alot of people say they are not good with blood simply because you are not used to it. Just like people say they are freaked out by dead bodies. But alot of these people eventaully get over it.
There are actually lots of jobs with animals! You just have to find the right one.

If you are into more hands-on active work, try looking into things like an animal rescue centre, pet shop or pet sitter. You could also look into opening a grooming place or breeding. Some people are interested in zoo keeper but I can ' t stand to see the animals in cages like that: (

If you like books and stuff, try the science way. Look into things like zoology or biology.

Something else might be marine biology, studying marine animals. That would be an interesting job that has a mix of both books and hands-on. pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com

You will probably eventually get over your fear of blood. But in case you don't try any of these jobs. When working with animals, there is a good chance you will come in contact with blood but you never know! The most important thing is that you enjoy what you do.

Hope I helped!
