We have two ferrets and are looking to get a third. We found "For the love of ferrets" in Blairsville Georgia, but when we called the number they said that isn't a ferret shelter. The only other Ferret shelters we can find are in Marietta, or somewhere around Atlanta.
I am assuming that you checked the FML/SOS ferret shelter list. The only one I see is in MarIetta

Have you checked your local animal control or SPCA? Or maybe North Carolina shelters?
