Is it safe to give a ferret vinegar?

NO, for one, vinegar is acidic and will be very hard on their stomach. They would probably not drink the water.

You should be giving fresh water at least 3 times per day anyway as well as washing the bowl in between (once a day with a little bleach in the dish water you use to wash with to kill bacteria). A big problem with people giving their pets water is that they do not give them enough fresh water. This often causes health problems for the little guys. Fresh water and a clean bowl or bottle (washed once a day with bleach in the wash water) is such an easy thing to do for your pets.

If you ferret is exposed to fleas, it can get a tapeworm. If it is exposed to mosquitos, it can get heart worms. It needs to be on a preventative for both of these. Are you keeping it outside?
Why would you give your ferret vinegar, you should be giving "it" BEER.
no, and why the hell did you give your ferret vinegar? D:
