I'm not sure if I want one, I'm just curious. They have been my favorite animal for a long time now.
I've seen sanctuary's have them before, but I can't see it being illegal to own one. As, some sanctuary's obviously have them.
No, they're illegal to own as endangered animals. Unless you are a zoo , sanctuary, or other such things, you can't have one. They're adorable though!
