i was just preparing to take a shower and i turned on the water to all the way hot so it can warm up and i always take a shower with my tree frog and toad. So i put them both in the water not thinking about how hot the water was ... The toad swam out of it, but the tree frog swam around in it then flipped over on its back and i quickly turned the water off and it spun in circles on its back while the water was draining out. I took a closer look the tree frog is still breathing and his eyes are open but he cant move his legs or arms. I put it in a bag and ran cold water over it but its still not moving, but it is still alive i can tell because i see it breathing. I don't know what to do, somebody help me please i didn't intend for this to happen.
i think it is too late, he would be scalded or in a lot of pain. put him in the freezer, he will just go to sleep. i feel so sorry for you
Put it out of its misery. Use a hammer. If you can't handle it, use a blender.
