I just wanna know ur opinion about my doe. She had her first

She had her first litter of 8 healthy kits last Aug.25 & I re-bred her 32 days after that (Sept.26). I'm expecting her 2 deliver her 2nd litter 31 days after (Oct.27) but until now she doesn't.

I'm wondering if she'll still have it. The signs are prominent, she's aggressive, irritated when touched, an obvious larger abdomen, & a dark pink/red color of genital compared 2 a pale one before I re-bred her . She always lie down & keep on licking and licking her fur in her whole body.

She have her nest box, enough food and water, she looks healthy at all. She's now on her 34th day. Will d kits still be alive & normal?? Thanks ..
That is a little close for breeding the 2nd litter but should be ok. If you wait until the first is at least 6 weeks old, then she get 2 weeks off with no babies.

The signs you're taking for being pregnant sound more like wanting to be bred to me. Rabbits don't get an obviously larger abdomen when pregnant, although when nursing abdomens seem to feel more bloated (rather like a water balloon, to me) . The dark pink color of her vent suggests being ready to be bred, too, not pregnancy.

If she's pregnant, you should be able to palpate (feel) kits very easily right now. Put her on the floor, facing you, between your knees, and gently feel from behind her ribs on either side (remember a doe has two sides or horns to her uterus, not a central cavity like a person). If there is kits in there, you'll definitely feel lumps and bumps and even kicking.

It is possible she's just late and still being on a nursing litter could delay delivery a bit. Since she had a successful first delivery, I doubt very much if the kits are dead. She can be re-bred without a problem. I have more breeding info on my website.
Yes the kits should be fine. Its quite common for rabbits to go over due. Dont worry, she should have them soon but i suggest if she doesnt have them in the next couple of weeks you should take her to the vets to check everything is ok. Hope this Helped.
poor bunnnyy: (you seem to breed her an awful lot if you only wait 32 days: (my opinion would be to give her a restt! pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com

this cant be the nicest thing for her can it? Im not trying to be mean, i just saying that she needs time to be a bunnyy rabbitt not just pregnant all the time.

Make sure you can cope with all the babies and get them good stable homes with people who will take care of them properly.

If she has not had the babies by the 1st i suggest taking her to the vets for a check up. Have fun with the little kits:) xx
