I put my buck to my doe on the 10th October so she is now on day 21. Is there any signs I can look out for to tell that she is pregnant?
She should start eating and drinking more, if she has hay she might start carrying it around in her mouth, she might become aggressive (not all mama bunnies do!), her belly might feel bigger .... it is hard to get definites on some rabbits!
But usually there are little signs that let you know:)
You could try palpating her, but even then you can't be sure.
* I do strongly advise NOT putting her back in with the buck. If he re breeds her, serious complications will arise! *
Just hang in there! Only about 9 days more!
Hope this helps! Good luck!
Ya some of the does tend to lunge and grunt when you try to feed or pet them.some time when they are about 28 or 30 days pregnant when they are laying down you can watch their belly and it may move in different way other then her breathing. but most of the time if u carefully pick her belly lightly not to hard you can feel little lumps up by her spin and in between her legs. they will about the size of a golf ball.or you can put her back in with the buck and if she Tris to bit him and gets mad at him take her out she is most likely pregnant.hope this helps.
