i fuound a squirrel layin on the si de of the rode and it prob got ran ovur but it still breathing but its eyesz r twiching nd its slitely spazzez every minute or so and has bubbles coming out of its mouth!!! is this rabees or aids?? wat do? who should i call
For the sake of yourself you should probably just stay away from the squirrel completely just in case if it does have rabies. Then call your vet and ask for someone to call or ask if they could call them for you to have it put asleep because it's on the verge of dyin (poor little guy/girl). Also so they can clean up the poor squirrel.

Call around until you find a rehabilitator in your area. You can start with your local vets, humane society, SPCA and animal controls It may take a few phone calls .. There are people who rehabilitate wildlife and a permit is required for someone to do this.

Call your local SPCA and they'll take care of him. The poor thing's on the verge of dying, don't make it any harder for him that it has to be.
you definitely need to take the poor critter to a vet. they will know what to do.
