I let my guinea pigs have an orange for the first time the other day and then that night i find him dead but the girl wasnt but it is also very very hot where i live about in the 40s. So could it of died of the heat or was it the orange?
It wasn't the orange.
If you don't have air conditioning, you should have a fan on all of your animals, and replace their water often so it stays cool.
Keep an eye on the girl, in case it wasn't the heat, but it wasn't the orange.
Are you giving them vitamin c in their water?
