Crab Molting - Possibly injured? Need help!?
My crab just molted its shell and and as it was scurrying away to shelter I noticed it was releasing a white milky fluid. I was not able to catch it with an isolating chamber before it hid inside its castle, which I guess kind of serves the same purpose but I can't see what is going on with the crab anymore. I read in a different question that the author suspected it was blood . Can anyone fill me in on what this fluid is, is it a sign of possible complications, is there anything I can do, and is it fatal? Please let me know!

I would contact a local pet store or if you have other pets contact their vet and ask them
