Someone in region III already uses that music, or at least was. It works if you are doing canter on a draft horse but it doesn't work if you are competing on a warmblood. Draft horse's don't really canter, they do more of a slower four beat type gait, but for a warmblood or smaller horse that has a discernible suspension phase you need a beat that is a little faster with four good beats in it. The best thing to do is to play the music you want for your freestyle and see what the horse does, then play with it on the barrel. However, I've never really been impressed by this music and don't really feel like it has the changes and things necessary to tell an entire story in just one minute.
