It is a used 18 "Cortina saddle. (# 4677, made in Argentina) The leather is good for the most part, but it has some wear around the edges and the stirrup straps are starting to crack. For the most part, it's a nice saddle. Pictures below. What do you think it's worth?

Take that price and knock it down by a few hundred dollars.
Go search for other saddles like it and figure out a price that way.
A fair asking price for that saddle in my area would be somewhere around $ 75-100 because the leather quality is poor, it looks like it needs a reflock job , the knee grips aren't leather but the cheap suede, and it isn't balanced well which can't be fixed at all.
