Depends, what are your barn measurements?

My morton barn is 30ft. By 30ft, it was about $ 20,000 to prepare and build.

Price anywhere between $ 10,000 --- $ 50,000
Dover Saddlery makes barns: http://www .doversaddlery.com/info.asp? ii ...

And I really like Mortons, too: http://www.mortonbuildings.com/Equestria ...

I'm not sure as to their current prices, but you may be able to get one a lot cheaper if you have Amish in your area who build sheds, barns, etc., And use reclaimed materials.
Www.farmtek. com i just built a new arena and i used their products. they can build it very fast or you can do it your self. mine was around $ 2.99 per sq. ft. and you can get covers to go over a round pen they are very helpful during the winter months. check them out. but my barn we built are selves it cost us about 3,000 in all and we just added on to it so now we have 14 stalls a tack room, feed room, small office, fire place, and a loft on top of the stalls. we used vinyl siding instead of wood or metal. i like it and it looks good. and we used grey stones that match the vinyl on the front wall that you see from the road. my uncle gave me some of the lumber to line the stalls so that cut down on some of the cost by a couple hundred.
We just built an arena recently in Pierce county and we found out that it is a lot cheaper to do a kit because it has everything you need in it, including the plans/instructions, screws, etc. for a lot less than buying it all on your own. However, you need to look past the actual cost of the barn itself. You still have to apply for permits (which you would have to do if you use a contractor, and also if you want homeowner's insurance to cover your barn), you still need an engineer for your foundation/pole building plan and to tweak the original plan for your area, since it will need to withstand higher windloads than the building is designed for, and also you need groundwork done. The kit for our arena was 90K not counting ground work, foundation pouring, and equipment rental, which is obviously a lot more than a 10 stall barn would be due to the span of the beams across the center. Basically, the only way you would be able to tell roughly how much you should plan on spending is to get quotes from different contractors and engineers since they will actually see your land and know what needs to be done.
