The main thing i noticed is that your legs swing, in the canter and over the fences. Try and steady that with some no stirrup work. Your back is also a bit round over fences so try and arch that a bit more. You look like you handle your horses well! Good Luck!
You look nice.
I saw a few things tho, and these might be some you have already improved on, but from the video, here is what I saw.
1. You seem to come out of the saddle a lot. Some ironless work will help, and also just try doing some flat stuff, like cantering and sitting trot so you can practice keeping your butt in the saddle.
2. Again those ironless rides can really help! Your legs were swinging around a lot when you went over jumps. Besides ironless, you can grip your horse with your calves as your go over the jump, also try and continue the grip thru your knees and thighs.
3. You have a habit of rounding your back. Relax, arch your back, think about pinching your pony tail with your shoulder blades, and sink your weight down thru your butt and heels. This will also improve your seat and leg position.

And 1 and 2 are connected to each other too! haha ;-)
But those were the only three things I saw. Which is AWESOME! you are a beautiful rider!
