im looking to get boots for my horse. he doesnt have any issues with his legs or anything but i just want to give him extra support for flatwork and jumping. i want to be able to show in the boots too so i only have to get one pair. i am interested in eskadron boots and the equifit boots. if i got eskadron boots i would get them in brown. is that an okay color to show in if i show in 2'6"- 3'0" equitation? do you like/ have you tried the equifit boots and do u like them? i want to get the equifit boots with the velcro if i decide on equifit. do they provide more support than eskadrons? thanks!

Both brands are excellent. Equifit seems to hold up better, has the memory type gel which is comfortable for the horse but I have heard feedback from some riders that the hind boots tend to rub, so make sure they fit well. Eskadrons are good, brown will be fine for the equitation but leather jumping boots are preferable in the equitation ring. Be careful washing the Eskadrons, the velcro tends to fall apart sooner then later. Velcro is better then buckles, there is less strain on their legs.

Eskadrons, eskadrons, eskadrons! Though are my favorite boots in the entire world. I have used equifit too, which I still love, but I think eskadrons are way better. Mine have lasted through so much wear and tear and they still look brand new. I love using them when I show!
