When I did a halloween contest I put cool fake vines on my horse. Like around the bridle and through the tail. I covered her with glitter and I dressed up as a woodland fairy. Turned out great Pretty cheap too. Just some glitter and fake plants from walmart

You can put white patches of fabric on her, hang a cow bell around her neck, and put some utters on her and call her a cow.
