ok first you need to get some excperiance before you get a horse like go to a barn and get some lessons if you already do that and you know how to take care of horses and all that jaz i would recommend a fox trotter there very smooth rides and they can range from 14.hh to 16.hh and sometimes bigger or a quarter horse they can go from 14.hh to 17. hh there are many horses to pick from but you should look really hard and pic the right one for yourself
i would say a 15.0 hand horse or taller it also depends on what u want to do with it. if u want to jump then i would say 15.2 0r taller. but as a trail horse or anything else 15.0 or taller!:)
14.2-16.2hh would be good.
Probably on the shorter side if you don't have any experience with horses.
Probably a medium sized horse - not too heavy/strong/huge but not a pony.
A midget pony. Those are kool.
