i would say black cause if it gets dirty u cant see it but u still have to groom it, and cause its a beautiful colour on horses.

Well, Bay is usually seen a lot in the show rings, it is beautiful if kept in good shape, it really can stand out. But it's hard to make a bay stand out when most of the horses in the ring look quite the same. I personally like bays with a lot of white markings on them.:)
Sorrel is a beautiful colour, though i haven't seen much liking to it in the answers i have read. I used to see a lot of sorrels in the show ring, but many of those have been replaced with bays. I like chestnuts with some white on them, not sure though.
Blacks seem to be the most popular out of the answers here. The shiny ebony colour is very popular, but not seen the most in show rings that i have been to. If properly cared for, this coat can shine like the midnight sky and look very elegant.

I would have to choose black, because it's beautiful on a horse, and show's much stregnth. It's also used more in stories.
All depends for me. As if a bay with no markings I don't really care for them. But if they have chrome I look a little more. Same with blacks and sorrels/chestnuts. Except I always like a black horse with no white.
I love black horses. I also love learning about equine color genetics! I play a fun game that uses real genetics and I have learned a ton about horse coat colors!

bay black and sorrel you cant choose between one lol:) but if i had to choose i would say black

Chestnut is my favorite color of horse they look so gorgeous. But bay horses come a close second.
