When you're in two-point/the jumping position what lines should you be able to see (like in normal riding position you should see a line from the rider's hip to heel)? Thank you (:
The dressage seat is shoulder, hip, heel, like you said. Jumping position is shoulder, knee, toe.
there should be a straight line from your hip down, your upper body should just follow with the horses movement over the jump, following threw by giving a slight release with your hands, not so their really loose but enough so that you dont catch him in the mouth when you land. In two point you sould see different lines in different horses the way they jup as some horse jump differntly to others. The main things to focus on are haing your hands half way up the neck and and you lean in over your elbows your heels go down okay hope this helps
