To those who work at the barn-?

I have a few questions about working at your barn.

1 .- How often do you work?

2 .- Are you paid?

3 .- How are you paid: free lessons, cash, money off board etc.

4 .- Do you own a horse?

5 .- If so, do you pay full board?

6 .- If you don't pay full board, how do you get a discount?

7 .- What do you do at the barn (work-wise, I mean)?

It's kind of a mumble jumble of questions, so thanks in advance for taking the time to answer!
