The bay is a Standardbred isn't he? (He has the brand on the neck)
the bay is at least part warmblood, perhaps with a little bit of morgan and throughbred.
Also the first horse is not a chestnut, nor are the pictures of the same horse. The second picture the horse has black hooves, the first it has gray hooves. Also it is a sorrel horse.
I think number 2 looks better !!

The second horse is the one I think is prettier, especially since bays always have a special place in my heart:) But, as I am horrible at telling what breed a horse is just by looking, I won't even try to guess.
i love the bay he is my fave i think he is prettist!! the chestnut i beautiful but i do love bays they have always been my fave!
You knew yours is prettier before you even asked the question. lol. I say the first one is some kind of warm blood and the second one is a TWH. Actually I haven't any idea.

The bay is so gorgeous:) The chestnut isn't bad, but I just love bays. I think they're both thoroughbreds of some sort, but I'm not sure because I'm not a fan of thoroughbreds ... Gorgeous horse though:)
number two definitely has the better conformation of the two and seems to use itself better than the first one.
