Halter sizing question? And which one looks better?

I have a 17hh Thoroughbred, who weighs about 1300lbs. She's narrow (everything about her) and long. For Christmas, I am definitely getting a leather halter for her (and a flashy neon break-away one).

I want them to fit well. She currently has two $ 5 break away halters and one of my old horse's halters.

These are the halter's I am looking at:

What size should I get and which one looks better? If you have another suggestion that would be appreciated. I'm willing to spend up to $ 50.
I'm biased towards Paris Tack so of course I think the second one. That and the fact personally the first one looks like a piece of junk to me, at least for showing. pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com

I would say go for the cob if she TRULY is quite narrow. But most likely I would say she isn't THAT narrow and she's just narrow for a TB. Go for the horse size.

Hope this helps.
I'd definitely go for the most expensive leather halter you can find. The cheaper ones are stiff and don't look nearly as nice in person as the more expensive ones. I'd start with horse size ; if you need to you can always exchange for a larger size but since most TB's have fairly refined heads I don't think it'll be an issue.
I have the first halter. It is super cheap and looks tacky.

The second one actually looks pretty nice ... and I like that it has a throatlatch hook. I have a slender built 17H TB and he wears a horse size halter just fine.
I like the first one the most. And it only comes in one size but I think that would fit.
La Luna Wasted .... go for the most expensive one ........... DUH!
