Welll after you tell them who you are, you should tell them your experience around horses, and why they should pick you. Mention how responsible you are, and give them a list of names and phone numbers of people referring you. Good luck!;)
Chances are she is going to ask you questions. So, relax and answer honestly.
If she doesn't, just tell her about your experience and why you are interested in the job.
The phone call will just be a quick thing to set up a day for an interview, which is where you can ask your questions.
Relax, be yourself and let the conversation flow naturally. Im sure she would like to know about you and your experiences. How do you handle things? For example do you become stressed and overwhelmed or do take charge and complete the task set before you? Smile when you are on the phone even though she can't see you, she will hear it in you voice! Good Luck to you!
