Suspended AQHA! (20 Characters!))?

A horse that I purchased came from a breeder who's AQHA license was suspended for life. I havent yet registered her ... Can I still register even though both the parent horses are owned by that man??
YOU should be able to . Just the owner isn't able to do so. And if the parent's are already registered then it shouldn't be a problem. You could always call the Association and ask them to be sure.
Well I have a story for you. I work at a QH breeding farm, and they have a yearling filly who is by an outside stud (not one of their home studs). The owner of this stud was suspended, and now they cannot register the yearling filly until he's unsuspended . I don't know what he did, but it was well over a year ago and he still hasn't fixed the problem, so the situation is a little prickly.

But yeah, they can't register her until the owner is unsuspended.
Yes! Just because owner is outed the horses they worked with are not.
