I found this ad about a saddle and many people seem to thinks it is good, and even if the extra stuff doesn't work it is a cheap saddle, but is it any good?

Think painted cardboard; just like cheap shoes, it may look ok, but the fit for your horse, is poor and lumpy . Better to find a good used Corbette, Pessoa, or Collegiate.
I bought this saddle a couple years ago. I rode English every once in a while, but not extremely often so I just bought this one instead of spending money on a nice one.
It's a nice saddle for the price, it would be nice for riding lessons or trail riding, etc. I think it would be okay for showing, too. But if you're showing on a higher level you'd be much better off spending more money to get a nice saddle. I've had the saddle for a couple years, and it's probably had the equivalent of 6 months of use and it's still in good shape. The bridle it came with has been used a whole lot more and is still in like-new condition.
pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com Keep in mind ... the girth I got with my saddle was 12 "too small for my horse. The size of the girth has been different for everyone I know that got this saddle. It's not a big deal, but just know there's a good chance you'll have to buy a girth if you don't already have one.
i think thats what my english saddle but im not 100% sure. but if it is my saddle then i say go for it. i havent had any problems with it what so ever. i think its actually one of the more comfortable saddles. mines in the brown but the knee rolls arent that red at all. as for the bridal, i dont own or have ever used it. but that can always switch out when you gather up enough money to go out and spend on a better one. girths that come with saddles are generally very short and dont fit, so i wouldnt get my hopes up about that piece. the irons and leathers look okay, the ad doesnt mention the leathers being synthetic so i think your good on that one. but just know with the leathers you get what you pay for. so dont be surprised if they crack and break or anything of that nature. hope i helped !
with most things in the horse world, you get what you pay for. that saddle might be ok when you're first starting out, but within a few months it'll wear out and you'll need to keep buying new ones, not to mention it's probably uncomfortable for the horse and rider. if you can put more money down up front you'll get a better saddle that will last you a long time.
