I am doing an I-Search paper on the controversies of horse racing, specifically the mental and physical effects of thoroughbred horse racing. I am trying to find research done on the age when a racehorse starts training and its effects on them. (Like the whole, oh 2 years old is too young).
I don't want your opinion on the matter, simply a website that is UNBIASED and strictly research or proof.

I've been a horse lover since a kiddo, Worked at race tracks for years, Have mixed feelings about horse racing . BUT THE BOTTOM LINE IS .... Horse racing=Money .... The reason two year olds race is money ..... to keep them until 3 would be another year of hay & board & training. So what if they are not developed yet ... run them any way, retire them early (usually lame) and breed them under their pedigree. How do you think you can possibly find an Unbiased site? You will not. Either it is Pro Racing Or animal rights ......... both are biased. I do not give a Flying 'flap weather you want my opinion or not. I will surely miss your 10 points ......
