and would they be oldenburg, jockey club, ish, or american warmblood registerable
To be registered as an Oldenburg, it would depend on the Thoroughbred parent and if the Oldenburg parent is registered. For example, if both parents are registered with the Oldenburg of NA then yes, any offspring can too be registered after going through the testing and registration process. Now, I do not know all of the requirements for a horse to be registered as an American Warmblood, but if you check out the requirements on their website you will get an idea if the horse can be registered with them. No horse except for a 100% Thoroughbred can be registered with the Jockey Club. I would also check out the Performance Horse Registry (PHR). They accept multiple breeds and award year-end breed awards for multiple disciplines, I believe.
If both parents were approved for breeding (not the same as registered) with the Oldenburg registry, the foal can be registered Oldenburg.
Just about any horse can be registered with American Warmblood.

Jockey Club will only take full Tb's.
Not Jockey Club, but it would be oldenburg and american warmblood eligible, pending the tb is approved and both parents have papers.
