You get the chance to design your own equestrian property, and you can use as much money as you want to build it. What would it be like?
I would want 100 acres with 2 barns, one with 50 stalls for boarders. My barns would be heated. One with 10 stalls, for my private horses.. Two tack rooms, 4 wash stalls, a warm viewing room with a tv, microwave, couch, video games, bathroom ETC that connects to my indoor riding ring. I would have 5 riding rings outside, one for show jumping, one for flat, two for lessons (so that the trainers could teach two people private lessons one at a time, and if they need jumps, the stable hands will bring them out and a dressage ring. I would design a cross country course also through the woods like a hunter pace. And a trail course in the woods. Plenty of grass turnout for the horses. My land would include plenty of trails. It would be brand new fancy stalls. With all this money I would have trainers and stable hands of course and a farrier on property.

It'd be in the country, with no busy roads for miles and miles.
There'd be a big country house with ivy growing up it's brick walls, which faced into a big courtyard with a water feature.
The stables would be on the other two sides of the courtyard, there would be 5 large stables for my horses, a tack room and a feed room on one side, and a covered area for tacking up and tying up horses. Then on the other side, there would be ten stables, which i would rent out to boarders. There would be a country lane leading to the cow sheds and paddocks.
The paddocks would all have posh post and rail fences, but in a dark colour to blend in with the surroundings.
I'd have my own hay source from my left over fields, that aren't filled with horses and cows.
Now i just need to marry a billionaire ..........: \
1000 acres, with trails beside available for use, a full cross country course with jumps that go from BN all the way to advanced. 1 outdoor dressage arena, 1 covered dressage arena with mirrors. 2 show jumping arenas, 1 in, 1 out. 1 indoor schooling arena, 1 out door schooling arena. Lots of pasture for the horses with pvc fencing (it looks like white board fencing ). A round pen, and lots of barns. Doors are sliding into the barn aisle, and dutch doors on the out side. There are those V shaped things that can swing down if you want, perfect for you horse to stick their head over . Every barn has a tack room with temperature control, a mouse proof feed room, and last but not least, a bath room. The barns are painted green and white. Obviously, it's an eventer's dream, top competition barn, it's like the Ky horse park sort of. Oh, can't forget my house, which is a classic two story farm house, that's my most extravagant barn ideal.

a very long driveway, with 2 large Fields either side it with horse grazing. the driveway forks out, forward leads you to a large, scenic detached house, and the other route leads you to the stable yard's car park.
At the back of the house there is a garden which joins onto a little 'secret garden' type thing which i keep a shetland pony in:) the indoor and outdoor riding schools are behind the stables. On the other side of the house is a pretty, large dressage arena, which leads onto a tree-lined cross country trail. theres a little meadow beyond the trail with has fruit trees growing, ground vegetables growing and other things which i treat my horses with.
I had 2 sets of stables, one has 7 stables which i keep my rescue/personal/competition horses in. The other has 20 stables, in which is my riding school where i keep the lesson ponies:)
