Half the fun of getting a horse is searching for it. Try out dreamhorse.com, selectahorse.com, and equine.com. You can do advanced searches and plug in everything you mentioned in your question. Good luck!
well, good luck finding a decent warmblood under $ 5,000 .. it's virtually impossible. so I WOULD say you should look at the thoroughbreds BUT they can be high tempered and unpredictable. I don't know what your abilities are so I can't say. Although, there are some decent thoroughbred schoolmasters out there and they aren't ridiculously expensive either. A warmblood on the other hand, will typically go for $ 15,000 straight out the womb, and a warmblood with some training under its belt will go for $ 25,000 and up. So like I said, I'd ditch the warmblood deal and search elsewhere. I attended an Annual horse show in New York in August for eventing (dressage, cross country, and show jumping) All horses but 3 or 4 were Thoroughbreds! Karen O 'Connor's Mandiba is a Thoroughbred. You don't have to go expensive to get a decent horse. If you WERE to lean towards a Thoroughbred look for a more experienced less spooky prospect.
You're not looking for a horse. You ' re looking for someone to look for a horse for you.

I'd check out dreamhorse.com, you can find some really nice horses on there. It also has a option to search for warmbloods only.
