The horse appears to be a Gypsy Vanner or a Shire, by the way it's built.
Maybe it's an albino?
If not then it may be a gray Shire.

Its an albino shire, not a gypsy.
All I can tell is that it is a draft horse but it kinda looks like a Clydesdale.
