My goat, Nibbles, keeps sexually harassing my horse. He keeps chewing on his .. well .. you know. I am thinking maybe it's because i never clean his sheath? Could that be it?
Also, there is this white gunky crap coming out of my horses nose .. I know he isn't sick because he is being perfectly calm.

You dun goofed. It's important to have sex with your goat early on so it knows who is alpha male. Now it thinks it can go around making sexual advances at all your bitches.
My husband and I own horses and goats but we do not keep them together and it sounds like it's time to separate yours. The nasal discharge may indicate a need for a vet check even though the horse if "perfectly calm", especially if it turns yellow, which is a sign of infection.
Personally, if my horse had "white gunky crap" coming out of his nose I would be very concerned.
