Jobs with horses for 14 yr old?

I am wondering what are some good jobs to do with horses i could do i dont really care about how much pay i get.

And how would i go about asking for a job?

I dont have any qualifications as im only 14 but i am a rider.

Please no mean comments thanks
You might be able to get a job as a stable hand doing things like feeding, mucking stalls, sweeping, cleaning, etc. Odds are you will not find someone to hire you to exercise horses though (some may allow you to as a bonus but no one hires strictly for that, you only see that on tv). Pay will vary but I warn you some people will try and cheat you. I used to work for a barn that I thought the deal was feed, muck, and sweep and I get $ 5 a day plus free lessons. Well I was stupid and got nothing in writing and the owner came back with "Oh no it was $ 5 a day and you can ride when you want". I have another barn I can ride when I want without someone there and for free no work. Now I work for a different barn (the one I can ride for free at) and get paid minimum wage.
If you already ride at a stable, you could volunteer to muck out stalls (good workout lol), groom horses, clean tack, clean up around the barn, etc. Just talk to the trainer and see if there is anything you can help with. If you aren ' t already at a stable, if ay of your neighbors have horses or if there is a stable nearby, just go talk to them about helping out. Last year I mucked stalls in exchange for lessons, but I think the best payment from it is just being around the horses. I hope this helps!
A good place to start is a local Therapeutic riding program. You won't get paid (usually its all volunteer) but you should learn a lot. Everything from proper stable management, to tacking, to feeding and vet care.

Most barns will let you help with cleaning, turning out and grooming.

I am not sure if there are any legal ramifications, or if you need some sort of clearance to free the stable from possible injury. That could be an issue.

If not, maybe you could join your local 4-H and help out at shows.

You should make out a mini resume stating your experience, hours you would be available etc.

Check out any replies with an adult (your parents) so that you will be safe in going to a place you are not familiar with.

There may be also just some person, who could use the extra help. Like me, I have 6 horses, but have a home and work full time. I would LOVE someone to just come and turnout and groom.

4-H would be a great starting point as well as a Therapeutic stable.
Ask around at some local stables if anyone is looking for a groom, or poop picker-upper. Usually most places that higher younger people higher them to clean stalls, feed, tack and groom horses. My first horse job was when I was 14 at a trail riding facility. I did all of the nasty jobs nobody else wanted to do, but it was well worth it being able to spend time around the ponies.;]
Some things you could do are muck stalls (clean them out) or feed the horses. If you have horse experience you could work out the horses.
If u live in denver i would recommend asking to volunteer at Friends of Horses. It is where i ride and the people and horses are awesome
