I got a rescue horse in may 2010 with very bad Arthritis. Xray were done to be sure of the diagnosis, we tried Adequan and cortizone shots. It worked okay but I never excpected to ride that horse. I just wanted to give him a good life (he is only around 13 years old) After to have tried several (expensive) supplement, I finally ended with a mix of pure MSM ($ 10), RapidFlex (found a Wal * Mart and work amazingly on him) ($ 33) plus Yucca (anti inflamatory) ($ 25). Now, I can ride him 30 to 45 min a week and he even want to run!
I think each case of Arthritis is different and don't stop searching for the best medication for your horse. Miracle DO happend
