how to not get sore when i ride, i stopped for a while and n

or do i just suck it up till i get used to it again?
It depends on if it's muscle soreness or pain due to bouncing or your joints bracing.

If it's muscle soreness, like in your abs or inner thighs, it's probably merely muscle building, although you could try to grip less and use your balance if you're getting sore in your thighs regularly. I would stretch those muscles before and after as well.

If you're getting sore in your joints or bruising on your seatbones, you'll have to change things about your position that are causing you to brace and come out of rhythm. You might have a knowledgeable rider or instructor give you feedback on your position to make sure you're setting yourself up for success.
Stretch before and after riding. This will help alleviate any muscle pain and keep you supple. Taking a hot bath will help relax over worked muscles. You will have to suck it up to an extent but the more you riding the quicker it will go away. You're building up the muscles you use when you ride so once those come back, the pain will stop.
Hi, I think you will just have to get used to it again gradually. Since you stopped for a while the muscles you use for riding have probably weakened and they need to build up again. Hope this helps good luck!
Because your not used to it you will get sore. pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com

Some things you can do is ride more, that will not make it so painful when you do and stretch before and after riding.

Good luck, don't let the pain get you down! (:
You just have to keep riding. After a week of riding every day you wont get sore anymore. Take ibuprofen when it hurts. Thats pretty much all you can do. You just gotta suck it up:)
best thing to do is ride the next day.

it will stop
