I have a 10 gallon tank with 2 live plants, 2 fake, 4 mollys, and 2 guppies. I bought Petco's brand air pump that works for up to 13 gallons and bought a bubble wall. When I got it all set up, it was extremely powerful and was pushing my fish! I put the air pump in my other 46 gallon tank and it was still extremely powerful! Whats a cheap, controllable air pump for a 10 gallon tank? The one I bought was 11.99 so I kinda want something around that price...

I use the top fin air pumps. They are relatively cheap. The Top Fin Air Pump AIR-1000: For aquariums up to 10 gallons. I think that one is around your price range.
