Endlers or Platys for feeders?

I have a spare 20 gallon and 10 gallon tank that I intend to use to breed food for an African Clawed Frog and a Jack Dempsey. I was going to breed endlers due to the fact that they reproduce much faster than guppies but I am also entertaining the idea of Platys because they are bigger and will provide a better meal. Obviously I wouldn't be feeding a full grown platy to these things but even a juvenile is bigger than an adult endlers. Does anyone know which species reproduces quicker or have any other suggestions or opinions for me? Thanks:)
Endlers reproduce faster, due to the fact they don't eat their babies. Platies on the other hand do. This causes the number of babies to survive to be higher with endlers. Both fish can have a wide range of fish per birth. Endlers are known to have 5-30, however this depends on the size of the mother. The larger the mother is the more fry she will probably have. Endlers also give birth every month or so if there is a proper male to female ratio. 1 male for ever 2-3 females. Platies are known to have 10-40. The more batches of fry the mother has, the more fry each time. You should also have a ratio of 1 male for every 2-3 females. Having a breeding tank helps cut back on the losses of the fry form the mother, or other fish, eating the fry. This breeding tank can float in the water. If you decided to have one, get one that the water can filter through so the fry will have clean water. Also get one with a grate separating the mother and fry, so that once the mother gives birth, the fry will go to the bottom and will be safe.
